Coach and Dr. Pat Taylor struggled with his weight for over 10 years before he was able to make sustainable, lasting changes to his body and lifestyle.
He used his Bachelors of Science in Physiology and Developmental Biology from Brigham Young University where he played college rugby, in addition to his Medical Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to develop the Live Vital Rx program.
He is a proud single father of twin boys, with whom he shares a birthday, and a beautiful girl. When he isn't in the hospital, meeting with clients, or wrangling children, he enjoys golfing and Traeger-ing.
